NADU
Nadu is not only an outstanding musician, but also a presenter and activist. As such, she does an important part in anti-discrimination work, advocates for gender fair language and has created her own event format, Female Voices, which is all about equality empowerment.

ABOUT
Nadu studied music at the University of Paderborn / Detmold and can look back on over 800 performances in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2013. She plays the piano, cello and guitar, has a vocal training and participated very successfully in the format Jugend Musiziert at the age of eight.
Her first single 2,3 Dinge was directly chosen as "Best Band in the West" by the listener award of WDR 2. Nadu has already opened for Robert Habeck and Christina Stürmer.
Nadu not only makes danceable German pop, but also sings about socially relevant topics. She is the founder of the "Female Voices" format, which promotes equal rights for artists in the cultural scene.
She released her EP "Paradiesvögel*in" in 2021 to empower the queer community. In 2022 she performed in front of more than 14000 spectators at one of the biggest Asta summer festivals in Germany.
She is also nominated for the New Artist Award by the popNRW Foundation.
